Recipe's preparation
- For the Blueberry Juice:
> put blueberries and water into the thermomix
> 15 seconds at speed 8.5
> strain the blueberry juice and press through strainer
> discard the skins seeds
> store the Blueberry Juice in the fridge until ready use - For the cocktail:
> Combine the blueberry juice, Gin, Lime juice and ice in the thermomix. "Counter-clockwise operation"
> add in the Ginger Beer and "Gentle stir setting" (this way the ginger beer doesn't loose its carbonation)
> use a lime to wet the rim of the glass and then carefully roll the rim of the glass through some cinnamon on a plate.
> add ice to your glass and and pour your cocktail mixture in
