Ingredients

750 g

Breakfast blueberry smoothie

  • 65 grams frozen banana, (approx half a banana broken in half)
  • 140 grams Frozen Blueberries
  • 240 grams coconut water, (chilled)
  • 25 grams avocado, (approx 1/4 avocado)
  • 15 grams Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 5 grams Vital Greens Powder
  • 10 grams Whole raw almonds

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Put in ingriedients in TM jug.


    Blend 1.5mins/speed 10 then reduce to 30sec/speed 8.


    Reducing the speed in the last 30 secs jus ensures that the banana has all pureed.


    Pour into glasses and enjoy!
