  1. 1.Add 6 wedges of lime, sugar 5 sec speed 10

    2.Add Vodka, sugar syrup & 1/2 the ice cubes 5 sec speed 10

    3. Put ice in glass and pour liquid in

    You're meant to take off the skin first, probably best to remove any extra bits you don't want before putting in the Thermomix.
