Cloudy Apple Juice

Ingredients

1 litre(s)

Juice

  • 1 litre water
  • 55 grams raw sugar
  • 6 apples, Seedless, Skin on
  • 1/2 lemon juice, Fresh

Recipe's preparation

    Making Juice
  1. Add water to Thermomix, make sure apples have no seeds and leave the skin on chop into slices (BIG SLICES) add to bowl, add the sugar tthe cook 30 mins - Speed Gentle stir setting on Counter-clockwise operation on Varoma

  2. Put juice into another bowl (clean jug) add the steam basket to Thermo jug, pour juice through basket lift basket with spatula while using a spoon to mix juice to drip into jug, add lemon juice and mix.

    Allow to cool before putting in fridge.

Tip

Hope you enjoy, sorry if not explained well for the draining.

Any apples will do, change sugar to your own sweetness, first time I did this it was 70grams of sugar and that was okay but little too sweet for my partner and I.
