  • 30 g coconut oil
  • 15 g Butter
  • 50 g thickened cream
  • 300 g full cream milk
  • 10 g Coconut, shredded

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    Coconut ice coffee (serves 2)
  1. Put coffee in jug Closed lid for 3sec/speed 10
  2. Scrape down sides and add coconut oil and butter into jug Closed lid and melt on 70degrees for 2mins/speed 4
  3. Add cream, milk, shredded coconut, frozen banana and ice blocks and blend for 1min/speed 7
  4. Serve in a chilled glass for drinking

Tip

Can use almond milk instead of full cream milk.
