Smoothie

  • 2 Bananas, frozen in chunks
  • 500 grams Milk (Any)
  • 50 grams Rolled Oats, optional
  • 1-2 tsp honey
  • 1 portion shot espresso coffee

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to TM bowl and mix 45 seconds, speed 9.

Tip

Omit the oats if you prefer a smoother consistency, and ice cubes can also be added for a slushier consistency. Increase or decrease amount of espresso to suit your taste!
