For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Place chocolate sauce or chocolate syrup onto a flat plate and dip rims of the glass.
Pour all of the ingredients into the mixing bowl and"Blend" for 1 minute on speed 10.
Once all blended pour the cocktail into the glass and top with shaved chocolate on top. Enjoy!

OMG my mum used to love these and i now make them too but only ever used my cocktail shaker and no ice cream. This Thermomix recipe takes this old time cocktail to a whole new level absolutely delicious for an after dinner drink you must try it and looks so very sophisticated
