  • 1 Green apple, peeled, cored & quartered
  • 25 g celery stalk
  • 20 g Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled without white pith
  • 1 pear, peeled, cored and roughly cut
  • 2 sprigs fresh parsley
  • 2 medjool dates, pits removed
  • 2 heaped teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 Handful of green grapes
  • 500 grams coconut water
  • Ice (optional)
