Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 bananas, peel and break into 3 pieces
  • 360 g Unsweetened almond milk
  • 50 g Whey protein powder
  • 40 g chia seeds

Recipe's preparation

    Blending
  1. Chuck all ingredients in the mixing bowl blend for 30 seconds on Closed lid  speed 4 and drink

Tip

Be creative! you can add and remove what ever you like depending on what you like. I am sensitive to dairy so I replaced it with Almond milk and I have used oats instead of chia seeds or including chia seeds with the oats and yogurt added as well (this was before i realised I was sensitive to dairy). I also like to add about 20 grams of flaxseed oil.

Its also very nice with 1 banana and strawberries... So many options tmrc_emoticons.)

 

My current option added above is about 354 calories and keeps me full for 3-4 hours
