  • 350 g red grapes
  • 250 g strawberries, tops cut off
  • 125 g blueberries
  • 2 kiwifruit
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple, cored
  • 450 g Pineapple, roughly chopped
  • 4 tablespoon dried kale
  • 4 tablespoon Black Chia seeds
  • 750 g fruit juice, of your choice

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Goji berries to mixer and mill for 10 seconds on speed 10, scrape down sides, Add grapes, strawberries, blueberries, kiwifruit, granny smith apple and pineapple, blend on speed 7 for 40 seconds.

    Add Kale, chia seeds and juice of your choice and mix on speed 4 for 40 seconds.

    serve chilled
