Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Really delicious, but we found we only needed about half the sugar.
I poured the desired amount
I poured the desired amount into a glass over 30mls of Malibu coconut rum, absolutely delicious!
Refreshingly delicious. made
Refreshingly delicious. made a half batch with some leftover coconut cream that I had leftover from a recipe I made earlier in the day. Did some taste testing with vodka and gin. Both spirits worked well.
Delicious! I actually added
Delicious! I actually added two whole limes (instead of zest + juice) plus the juice of 2 more, cut head/tail off and cut into quarters, blitzed with sugar. Found it far too sweet first time. Second time I made this I reduced sugar to 75g and even with using the whole lime incl pith it was still quite sweet. I used homemade coconut milk too. Nicer with more ice, almost a granita texture. Will make again for sure.
Totally amazing! We added
Totally amazing! We added 150g of Vodka and it went down beautifully. Love the flavours... Yum!!
