- Add oats to bowl mill 10 secs/speed 10 (optional)
- Add in milk
- Add in frozen mango
- Add in whole banana cut in half
- Add chia seeds
- Add honey
- "Blend" Blend 30 secs/speed 8

Tip
This is extremely versatile. You can omit the oats. You can also reduce the milk if you only want for one.
You can use any fruit or frozen fruit
If youre not using frozen fruit you can just blend for 10 seconds
If you have leftovers add to ice cream or ice block moulds
