      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

  1. Add oats to bowl mill 10 secs/speed 10 (optional)
  2. Add in milk
  3. Add in frozen mango
  4. Add in whole banana cut in half
  5. Add chia seeds
  6. Add honey
  7. BlendBlend 30 secs/speed 8

This is extremely versatile. You can omit the oats. You can also reduce the milk if you only want for one.

You can use any fruit or frozen fruit

If youre not using frozen fruit you can just blend for 10 seconds

If you have leftovers add to ice cream or ice block moulds Smile
