If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Delicious refreshing drink using lovely Spring ingredients. I added extra mint as I have so much in the garden currently. I also used 3 huge Mayer lemons which are quite sweet, so I halved the sugar and made it into icing sugar in the thermie to begin with. Added crushed ice and a mint leaf to serve and my husband and I really enjoyed it. THANKS FOR THE RECIPE tmrc_emoticons.)

Good recipe, but i dont think i added in enough mint, the flavour didn't come through as strong as i thought it would.
