If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Slice your lemons and add them to your "Closed lid"
add your sugar to the "Closed lid"
poor half your water into the "Closed lid"
10 seconds, speed 10
add the remaning water and mint to the "Closed lid"
5 seconds, speed 7
poor through your basket into a serving jug.
serve with ice and enjoy.

Good recipe, but i dont think i added in enough...
Good recipe, but i dont think i added in enough mint, the flavour didn't come through as strong as i thought it would.
