Mulled wine
- 50-100 grams raw sugar, (to taste)
- 250 gram water
- 60 grams orange juice
- 2 cinnamon quills
- 12 whole cloves
- 2 star anise
- 2 cardamom pods, crushed
- 3 pieces orange zest, (approx 5x 1.5 cm)
- 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 750 grams Dry Red Wine

Recipe's preparation
- Place all ingredients except wine into mixing bowl and cook 5 min/100°C/speed 1.
- Add wine and cook 7 min/80°C/speed 1.
- Strain through simmering basket into serving jug.
- Serve hot, garnished with orange slices and extra cinnamon quills if desired.
