  • 40 grams honey
  • 1000 grams coconut water
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt, ground

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Blend
  1. In Closed lid, oranges, lemons, ginger and honey

    1.5 minutes, speed 8

    add the rest of the ingredients

    1.5 minutes speed 6

  2. Strain
  3. Use basket to strain off pulp and lumpy bits

     

  4. Bottle
  5. Pour into bottles and refridgerate until cold. Enjoy!

    just wondering how long this would last in the fridge? do u make a large batch and store in fridge for the week? thanks
