For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add milk, ice, sugar and cocao to mixing bowl
- Blend"Blend" for 40s, speed 8.5. Mixture should be free of any chunky ice
- Add 6 of the oreo's to mixing bowl (or extra if desired)
- Blend"Blend" for 5s, speed 5
- Divide mixture over 2 glasses/cups, top with whipped cream (if desired) and add remaining oreo's to each, crushing with hand and sprinkling over whipped cream.

Tip
Add extra Oreo's in step 3 to suit taste
For dairy free, use an alternative milk and omit whipped cream.
