1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 level tsp Nutmeg
4 heaped tsp cinnamon sugar, (or plain cinnamon if you're not a sweet tooth)
3 level tablespoons ground ginger
1 level tsp ground cloves
4 1/2 level tsp ground cardamom

  For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Add 1 heaped teaspoon of your Chai Latte mix.
1 cup, milk of your choice (Almond Milk tastes great with this recipe!)
4 mins, 75 degrees, speed 3.
