- 250g unsweetened cold almond milk
- 4 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
- half teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for extra creaminess)

Recipe's preparation
1. Peel the bananas and remove the stones from the dates and place all the ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and blitz for 90 sec/speed 9.
2. Drink and enjoy!

Yummy - mine didn't look have
Yummy - mine didn't look have the same colour as yours though. Definitely fulfilled my craving of a salted caramel smoothie
I dont think this tastes like
I dont think this tastes like caramel, but Banana/Maple is delicious anyway.
Next time, I will possible put the banana in the fridge (or even half freeze) first. Even though the almond milk and dates were cold, the smoothie wasn't very cold.
Will definitely be making this again
