      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Brewing the Coffee
  1. Grind Closed lid Coffee Beans 5 sec/Speed 8
  2. Add water until Max (about 2 liters)
  3. Brew 90 min / Speed 1.5 / 60°C
  4. Cool Down for at least 30 min
    5. Filter the Cold Brew
  5. Use a coffee dripper with filter or a strainer with a kitchen paper towel.

    Change filter as needed if dripping gets too slow
  6. Tip: You can do a "first round" in the strainer directly - it will get most of the grind out. Then filter with paper

  8. Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container.
  9. It will last 1 week in the Fridge
  10. You can "heat it up" in the microwave. It's rather delicious.
  11. You can also mix half boiling water, half cold brew to get it warm
    12. Optional: Want a "Nitro Cold Brew"?
  12. Nitro Cold Brew is "the next level"... You will baiscally get a drink that is very similar in texture to a Guiness Beer - but it's still that delicious cold brew
  13. Pour Cold Brew Coffee to the capacity of your Whipped Cream Dispenser
  14. Pop in a capsule of N2O gas (Nitrous Oxide - known as laughing gas)
  15. Poor slowly in a glass and drink

Tip

To make "Nitro Cold Brew" you need a whipped Cream Dispenser with N2O capsules
