      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  1. Add coffee, spices, coconut milk, dates and vanilla powder to bowl and blend 10-20 seconds/speed 8, gradually increasing speed until smooth

Tip

Add ice for an iced coffee at then the end, or for a frappe, add ice and blend for a further 5-10 seconds on speed 6.

    Made this with 1 1/2 tsp instant coffee, and 4 dates plus for extra flavour I added 1 tsp of rum essence.
