- 120 g Bacardi (White Rum)
- 60 g Cointreau (orange liqueur)
- 60 g Strawberry Liqueur
- 200 g strawberries
- 60 g Sugar Syrup, (or just sugar, blitz first)
- 20 g lemon juice
- 350 g ice

Weigh all ingredients into the Thermomix jug
Process on speed 9 for 30-60 seconds.
Pour into cocktail glasses, garnish and serve
