Strawberry Daiquiri's

  • 120 g Bacardi (White Rum)
  • 60 g Cointreau (orange liqueur)
  • 60 g Strawberry Liqueur
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 60 g Sugar Syrup, (or just sugar, blitz first)
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 350 g ice

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh all ingredients into the Thermomix jug

  2. Process on speed 9 for 30-60 seconds.

  3. Pour into cocktail glasses, garnish and serve

    Love a cocktail that comes together quickly❣️

    After I added the alcohol, I discovered that I had no sugar syrup left 🤦🏻‍♀️ so just threw in some icing sugar. Nor did I have any strawberry liquor, so used Chambord....delicious!
