150 grams fresh watermelon
150 grams fresh rockmelon
700 grams ice
100 grams strawberry vok
100 grams raw sugar

Recipe's preparation

Mill raw sugar speed 10/ 10-15 seconds in thermomix jug

Add watermelon and rockmelon into thermomix jug

Add 350grams of ice. Blend on speed 9 /15 seconds

Add in the remainder 350 grams ice and strawberry vok

Blend on speed 10 / 20 seconds or until well combined.

Pour into shots or cocktail glasses. ENJOY

Tip

you can alter the Strawberry Vok you put in to your desired taste.

You can also alter the content of sugar you want in the drink. Less ice makes it more runny. ENJOY
