Tasty green smoothie

Ingredients

1 portion(s)

  • 2 handfuls green leaves - mixed lettuce, spinach, silverbeet
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 orange, peeled and deseeded
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 110 gram frozen mango cubes
  • 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, skin on
  • 250 grams cold water
  • 1 tsp Linseeds
  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 1/2 kiwi (skin on or off)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Soak the chia and linseeds in cold water for at least 15 minutes.

  2. Add all of the fruit and vegetables  to the TM bowl and blend on speed 9 for 10 seconds.

  3. Add the water and chia seeds and blend on speed 9 for 10-20 seconds to achieve a smooth consistency.
