Toblerone Cocktail
- 30 g Frangelico, Hazelnut Liqueur
- 30 g kahlua, Coffee Liqueur
- 30 g brown creme de cacao, chocolate liqueur
- 60 g Irish Cream liquor, Baileys
- 120 g pouring (whipping) cream
- 40 g honey
- 200 g ice cubes, approx 8-10 cubes

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Weigh all ingredients into the bowl of the Thermomix.
- Add in the ice cubes.
- Place MC in the lid and blend for 1 minute - speed 8.
- Pour into two cocktail glasses and garnish with toblerone and chocolate sauce.
