      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. Pre-soak the soy bean above 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Cooking
  3. Put 500g water and soaked soy bean into the bowl, 26min/100°C/Speed 2, without the measuring cup
  4. Puree, but to reduce the sandy taste, 2.5 mins / Speed 6
  5. Add 1300 water, sugar, 7mins/100°C/Speed 2 Gentle stir setting reverse so the leaves don’t get grinded

    You can place pandan leaves in for better aroma
  6. 20 seconds/Speed 7 to mix and ready to serve

Tip

In step 2, if the measruing cup will cause the bowl bubbling over, suggest to use simmering basket to replace measuring cup.
