  • 180 grams Frangelico
  • 125 grams brandy
  • 150 grams white chocolate
  • 3 eggs - whisked
  • 2 pinches ground nutmeg

Recipe's preparation

    method
  1. Place chocolate pieces into TM bowl and chop 3 secs/speed 7.

    Scape out chocolate and set aside.

    Add milk, frangelico, brandy and nutmeg into TM bowl and heat 6 mins/50 degrees/ speed 1. Cool slightly.

    While blade is still running on speed 1, add whisked eggs and the chopped chocolate.Replace MC and Increase to speed 3 and keep running until the chocolate melts.

    Strain through a fine sieve and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

    Serve in glasses.
