If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place all ingredients EXCEPT prawns into thermomix.
4 sec/speed 8. Scrape down with spatula and repeat. - Remove sauce.
Drizzle sauce over prawns (approximately 20 medium prawns) and let sit at least 5 minutes. - Heat non-stick fry pan on stove or bbq medium high temperature.
- Add prawns and sauce to pan. Cook until prawns are pink. 1 minute per side. Add pepper and salt to taste.
- Serve over a bed of lettuce.

Tip
Prawns can easily be thawed by putting in the steam basket and rinsing lightly with cold water for a few minutes. (200 gms is usually around 20 prawns)
