Prawns saganaki with feta
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 50 g oil
- 400 g tomato, diced (can be from a can)
- ½ tsp sugar
- 200 g water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pinch Oregano
- 5 mint leaves
- 16 medium prawns, cleaned, with tails on
- 50 g feta

Recipe's preparation
Place onion into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.
Add oil and sauté for 2 minutes at 100ºC on speed 1.
Add tomato, sugar, water, salt, pepper, oregano and mint.
Insert basket and place prawns inside. Cook for 16 minutes at 100ºC on speed 3.
When ready add feta into sauce and cook for another 2 minutes at 100ºC on speed 2.
Serve sauce in a bowl with a few prawns on top.

Tip
If you prefer a thicker sauce consistency, add a tsp of cornflour mixed in with 10g water and pour in with feta cheese at step 5.
