Made as per recipe but added a couple of sliced carrots, green beans and pak choy to bulk it out and it was delicious. The marinade was beautiful drizzled over the veggies. Thanks going on the regulars list.

This is my go to recipe when I'm pressed for time and don't know what to cook.  So delicious, I don't ever get sick of it.  Easily fed 3 adults in my house last night.  Love this recipe.  tmrc_emoticons.)

  • Really enjoyed this meal and

    Submitted by traceyg22 on 1. September 2015 - 14:19.

Really enjoyed this meal and loved how easy it was to cook all-in-one.  I had 4 pieces of salmon, so did take quite a bit longer, as was a little too squeezy in the try.

    Submitted by kimono_mum on 14. January 2015 - 18:14.

Love it! So simple, yet so flavoursome! Didn't have any lime juice so added 20g orange juice and added also garlic for extra antioxidants. My 5 y.o. daughter who can be fussy asked to cook this dish everyday.

  • I admit I didn't follow this

    Submitted by SabiWrigs on 2. September 2014 - 18:53.

I admit I didn't follow this to the letter, but the processes were perfect for my pieces of flake coated in my own Sicilian pesto. Thank you for the inspiration.
