  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 heaped teaspoon baby pickled capers
  • 3 slices lime
  • 1/2 slice red onion
  • 2 dash lemon juice

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Tear two large pieces of baking paper

    2. Place half a bunch of asparagus in the middle of each piece of baking paper

    3. Place salmon on top of asparagus and then top with capers, red onion, slices of lime and lemon juice.

    4. Fill mixing bowl with 500g water and place varoma on top.

    5. Wrap parcels up and pop in top tray.

    6. Time 30 minutes, Temp Varoma, Speed 1.

    Voila! Serve with either steamed veggies or rice

You can change up what veggies or fish you put in these parcels but they are super easy and no washing up! Winning!
