Matt’s Thai Herb & Bacon Dip

  • 5 g garlic clove
  • 30 g red onion
  • 7-10 g Fresh Thai Basil
  • 7-10 g Coriander/parsley, Whichever you prefer
  • 2 g fresh mint leaves
  • 80-120 g cooked bacon
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 125 g sour cream
  • 5 g lime juice, Optional

  1. 1. Add garlic and red onion to bowl insert mc and blitz 5 seconds speed 5
  2. 2. Add herbs and mint to mixing bowl blitz 4 seconds speed 7
  3. 3. Scrape down sides of bowl. Repeat if necessary.
  4. 4. Add cream cheese in chunks, add sour cream to the bowl and blend 10 seconds speed 4.
  5. 5. Scrape down bowl and repeat if necessary until desired consistency is achieved.
  6. 6. Add chopped cooked bacon to the bowl and stir with spatula.
  7. 7. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to allow flavours to develop.
  8. 8. Enjoy with vegetable sticks, crackers or pizza bread.
