      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place the garlic in Closed lid with chili flakes and oil. Speed 1, 100° Counter-clockwise operation,3 Min. 

    Place calamari in bowl and let flavour absorb. Speed 1, 100° Counter-clockwise operation,3 Min. 

    Insert wine, passata, water salt and pepper as you like it and cook 30 min, 100° speed 1Counter-clockwise operation. After 15 minutes insert frozen peas and continuo cooking. 

    Put crushed parsley if you like on top of the calamari once the cooking is finished.
