- 400 gram Calamari
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 30 grams olive oil
- 1/4 --- white wine
- 250 grams tomato passata
- 250 grams water
- 300 grams frozen peas

Place the garlic in with chili flakes and oil. Speed 1, 100° ,3 Min.
Place calamari in bowl and let flavour absorb. Speed 1, 100° ,3 Min.
Insert wine, passata, water salt and pepper as you like it and cook 30 min, 100° speed 1. After 15 minutes insert frozen peas and continuo cooking.
Put crushed parsley if you like on top of the calamari once the cooking is finished.
