  • 2 Garlic cloves peeled
  • 1 large handfull of parsley
  • 1 tsp dried italian herbs
  • 1 onion peeled and halved
  • 1 celery stalk leaves included, i use the inner yellowish ones
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 8 chicken thighs, cut in 3-4cm pieces
  • 100 grams white wine, not sweet.
  • 2 tbsp tm ceg stock
  • 150 grams Mushrooms sliced
  • 100 grams olives whole or sliced, pitted

Recipe's preparation

    sauce
  1.  

    1. Place garlic parsley dried herbs onion and celery into thermomix and chop for 3-6 seconds Speed 6
    2. Add oil and Sauté 4 minutes Varoma Speed 1
    3.  Add chicken And sauté for 10 minutes 100’ Reverse speed soft
    4. Add all other ingredients and cook for 15-20 minutes 100’ reverse speed soft  with MC removed and basket on top
  2. place in thermoserver to rest for at least 10 minutes

Tip

Serve with Rice Or Mash and Veg Or even Pasta

 

you could use 6 drumticks positioned around the blades

OR 2 chicken breasts cut in 3-4cm pieces put in in the last 10 minutes of cooking

    I love this recipe, its pretty much how I make my CC, but I just add a bit here and a bit there from memory, I never really measure anymore. I always add carrot with the onion, garlic and celery and capsicum if I have it. Its one of the meals I  get to hide lots of veggies in... I also add 200 g passata and 150g tomato paste. I love using chicken drumsticks in the butterfly too...
