      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  1. add leek chop 3sec/speed4 scrape down add oil and cook 5min/120/speed soft
    add chicken/thyme cook 5min/120/r/speed soft
    add cream/mustard/optional arrowroot and mushrooms cook 10mins/100/r/speed soft check if its cooked then
    add salt pepper to taste and squeeze lemon stir through

Tip

you can double this ,it can be served with zuccini noodles or rice if not low carb or cauli rice i actually put in 2 small pie dish topped with cheese needs a plain veg as rich tmrc_emoticons.)

    When i started to prep i was worried this dish wouldn’t work as the thigh meat was too fatty. I had to trim it down a lot which took a far bit of time. It did work brilliantly though and the meat was really tender. I needed more mustard as it tasted a but bland so i added a couple of extra big spoonfuls. It was really tasty.
