For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Chop chicken into large chunks and add it to the bowl. Just cover the chicken with water and add the salt and pepper.
Cook 10 minutes, 100 degrees, Reverse speed 1, MC on. When it's finished drain off the stock and retain it, set the chicken aside. Pop your stock back into your bowl and add the butter, flour, milk and curry. Set your Thermie to Thicken mode and let it do it's thing. Once finished add back your chicken and mix it for 20 seconds, speed 3 Reverse. Add the peas and a handful of baby spinach should you choose. Serve with rice, mash or as dad likes to serve it with a vol-au-vent!
Please share a photo of your creation if you make it and we'll show dad he is famous 😂
