  • 115 g unsalted butter, cubed
  • 190 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg, Large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 245 g plain flour
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g milk chocolate chips
  • 80 g White Chocolate Chips

Recipe's preparation

    Brooki's Chocolate Chip Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Add 115g unsalted butter, cubed and 190g brown sugar to bowl. Closed lid"Closed lid"
  3. Mix for 30 sec/speed 4 until combined. Scrape down the sides.
  4. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 egg, Large.Closed lid"Closed lid"
  5. Mix for 20 sec/speed 4 until combined.
  6. Add 245 g plain flour, 1 tbsp cornflour and 1/2 tsp baking powder.Closed lid"Closed lid"
  7. Mix for 20 sec/speed 4 until combined. Mix Dough mode"Dough mode" /20 sec until dough forms. Scrape down the sides.
  8. Add 100 g Milk Chocolate Chips and 80 g white chocolate chips.
  9. Mix for 10 sec/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 3 until combined.
  10. Use a tablespoon or weigh out 70 g portionsof dough per cookie. Roll into balls and place on the baking tray, leaving room for spreading.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 14 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Allow cookies to cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
