Bircher Muesli
- 2 --- apples, cored, quartered
- 280 g Plain Greek Yoghurt
- 100 g rolled oats
- 1 tsp Vanilla Paste
- 1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 250 g Almond milk, or milk of choice
- 10 g chia seeds
- 20 g Shredded coconut
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Goji Berries
- 1 tbsp seeds, hemp
- 1 heaped teaspoons dried blueberries, wild
- 2 heaped teaspoons sunflower seeds
- 2 heaped teaspoons pumpkin seeds

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place apples into bowl & grate, 10 seconds, speed 7.
- Scrape down sides. Add remaining ingredients to mixing bowl & combine, "Counter-clockwise operation" 10 seconds, speed 5.
- Divide into jars for ready to go portions or into a covered bowl. Place in the fridge until ready to eat. Best after 1 hour or overnight.
