- 1/2 brown onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 sprigs parsley
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 zucchini
- 1 portions frozen spinach leaves

- 300 grams water
- 300 grams cream
- 1 cube chicken stock

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place onion, garlic, parsley, capsicum, zucchini and spinach into mixing bowl and chop 30 SECONDS / SPEED 7. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat if necessary.
- Add oil and saute 3 MINUTES / VAROMA / SPEED 1
- Add tomatoes, water, cream, stock and chicken and cook 10 MINUTES / 100 DEGREES / SPEED 1
- Add fettuccine using the spatula to ensure that it is completely submerged in the sauce and cook 10 MINUTES / 100 DEGREES / "Counter-clockwise operation" / "Gentle stir setting"
- Sprinkle with parmesan to serve after allowing to rest 5 minutes prior to serving

Very simple and easy to make,I won't make it again. Quite tasty but looked terrible!
