Marinated

  • 12 pieces Prawn
  • 1 teaspoon Baba's Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon tapioca starch

Ingredient B

  • 8 pieces shallots
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 4 pieces red chili
  • 3 pieces Chili Padi

Ingredient C

  • 30 g Butter
  • 2 pieces pandan leaves, Shredded

Ingredient D

  • 1 tbsp Chicken stock concentrate, Mix with 120g of water
  • 80 g evaporated milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Recipe's preparation

    step 1
  1. Put ingredient B into TM bowl to chop for 15 second, at speed 8

  2. Step 2
  3. Add ingredient C to saute for 5 minutes, Varoma at speed 2

  4. Step 3
  5. Add ingredient A & D to cook for 7 min, Varoma, Gentle stir settingCounter-clockwise operation
