- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 centimetres ginger, (peeled)
- 2 level tsp curry powder
- 2 level tsp coriander powder
- 2 level tsp cummin powder
- 1 level tsp chilli powder
- 2 level tsp turmeric powder
- 1 level tsp vinegar

- Add all ingredients to the "Closed lid"
Blend for 15 secs on speed 7. Drizzle a small amount of oil until it makes a paste.
This paste makes enough for a curry using 500g of meat.
