  • 250 g Maize Meal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 g Butter
  • 500 g Milk
  • 500 g water

    Method

  1. Add all the ingredients into the TM.

    Cook 14 mins / 100 degrees / speed 2

Tip

Almond milk can be used for a dairy free alternative

 

Sweeten to taste with raw sugar or maple syrup

    Very helpful this recipe . Cooked it for abour 20-25 min with more milk , got a tm5 so could b why it was still a lil raw at first tmrc_emoticons.)

    Hi Protea, a specialty african store or even a specialty grocer should have it. It may go by the name Corn Meal too. If not, a finely ground Polenta could work too.
