THERMOMIX ® RECIPE
- 500g chicken breast/thighs, cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 spring onions/shallots
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 100g sundried tomato, keep the oil
- 30g oil from sundried toms
- 60g dry vermouth/dry white wine
- 250g cream
- 1tsp TM vege stock
- 100g Parmesan cheese
- 100g water
- 250g linguini pasta
Recipe is created for
Grate Parmesan for 10 seconds on speed 8 and set aside.
Cook pasta as per instructions in the ‘Every Day’ cookbook and place in ThermoServer.
Place chicken in the Varoma and 900g water to the TM bowl. Steam for 15 minutes at Varoma
temperature on speed 4 or until cooked. Add to the ThermoServer on top of the linguini.
Dry TM bowl. Place garlic in TM bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 8.
Add shallots, sundried tomatoes and basil and chop for 3 seconds on speed 8.
Add oil and cook for 2 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.
Add water, stock, cream and vermouth and cook for 9 minutes at 80°C on speed 2.
Pour sauce over chicken and linguini, sprinkle in half the Parmesan and toss.
Serve immediately, garnished with freshly chopped basil leaves and remainder of Parmesan.
