      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Onion in TM Bowl & chop - speed 7 for 5 sec

    Add bacon and saute for 5 mins, varoma temp, Counter-clockwise operation, speed 1.

    Add Pasta of choice (if using spaghetti/fettuchini break pasta in half or thirds), hot water, cream, TM Veggie stock & pepper.

    Cook for 15 mins, 100 degrees, Counter-clockwise operation,Gentle stir setting

    Add chopped herbs and stir Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting for 30 sec
