Delicious, thanks very much. I didn't have shallots so I just used a brown onion and cut the kernels of 3 corn cobs. I made the homemade dolmio pasta sauce to go with it. Can't wait to eat it for lunch and tea again.

Just an update.  My tradie son (who is a bit picky - was worried about the green onions) absolutely loved this and said to put it on permanent rotaion!  Whoopee!  Thanks so much.  He needs hearty meals for a taxing job.  Will make this again and again - and I get to eat the leftover filling..... Big Smile

Wow!!  Made this today for my tradie son's lunches next week to heat up.  I couldn't stop eating the filling!!  Was a bit messy filling the cannelloni tubes, but perfected it by the end.  Hope he likes it as much as I do!  tmrc_emoticons.D

I've found sometimes if you use less sour cream it becomes a bit dry. But each person has different tastes.

  • Made tonight for dinner. I

Made tonight for dinner. I think it needs a lot less sour cream. In fact, I think it would be better to use a white sauce in place of the sour cream.
