Cheese Sauce

  • 120 grams Tasty cheese
  • 60 grams pamersan cheese
  • 1 zucchini, roughly chopped
  • 45 grams plain flour
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 500 grams Milk
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Boil large saucepan of water, add pasta and cook according to packet directions. 

    Add both tasty and pamersan cheeses and zucchini to Thermomix Bowl and grate 5 Secs/Speed 8.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook 7-8 Mins/Speed 3/90 Degrees.  

    Once completed and pasta is cooked, drain pasta and drop back into saucepan.  Add Cheese sauce to pasta and carefully combine. Serve.
