Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Weigh rice into Thermomix simmering basket, while it is in the Thermomix bowl.
- Rinse rice with water from the tap in the sink, until the water runs clear, return the simmering basket with rinsed rice to the TM bowl.
- Pour water and coconut milk or cream into TMX bowl over the rice in the simmering basket.
- Place Kaffir lime leaf on top of rice.
- Cook for 20 minutes, varoma, speed 4, MC on.
- Place into the Thermoserver to keep warm until ready to serve.
