    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Sauce
  1. Mince the meat for 10 sec on speed 6.

  2. Add the oil and the vegetable stock paste and cook for 8 min / 120 degrees C  / Counter-clockwise operation / speed Gentle stir setting.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and cook 20 min / 100 degrees C / speed Gentle stir setting.
