- 30 grams Parmesan cheese
- 30 grams Butter
- 200 grams Ham or pancetta, Chopped
- 200 grams mushrooms, Chopped
- 4 stalks spring onions, Chopped
- 300 grams cream
- 375 grams Fettuccine, Fresh pasta preferred

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Cook pasta according to packet instructions so that it is ready at the end of step 4.
Add Parmesan to mixing bowl and chop 10 seconds on speed 10. set aside and clean bowl.
Add butter, ham, mushrooms and spring onions. Sauté 100c, 5 minutes on reverse speed 1.
Add cream, salt and pepper. Heat 80c, 8 minutes reverse speed 1.
Mix pasta and sauce in thermoserver together with Parmesan cheese.
