      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions so that it is ready at the end of step 4.

  2. Add Parmesan to mixing bowl and chop 10 seconds on speed 10. set aside and clean bowl.

  3. Add butter, ham, mushrooms and spring onions. Sauté 100c, 5 minutes on reverse speed 1. 

  4. Add cream, salt and pepper. Heat 80c, 8 minutes reverse speed 1.

  5. Mix pasta and sauce in thermoserver together with Parmesan cheese. 

  6. Serve
