Risotto

- 30 g Avocado Oil, or similar
- 350 g mixed frozen vegetables
- 2 tablespoons vegetable powder, previously made in TM
- 320 g arborio rice
- 780 g water
- 400 g Tin diced Tomato
- 40 g Parmesan cheese, previously grated

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Place frozen vegetables in bowl with Oil & Butter.
Cook for 4 mins Veroma temp sp 1 "Counter-clockwise operation"
Insert butterfly & add Rice, Water, Stock powder & tomato's stirring the bottom to loosen.
Place any precooked meat/chicken in Varoma basket with lid on top of bowl. If not adding cooked meat put basket on top of bowl.
Cook for 16 min 100 deg sp 1.5 "Counter-clockwise operation"
Once cooked transfer to Thermoserver and sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on top and let sit for at least 5 mins before serving
