Recipe's preparation
Mince onion, garlic and ginger for 5 sec / speed 7.
Add oil, chicken stock and dice chicken and sautee for 3 min / varoma / speed 1 on .
Add all rice, all sauces and water and cook for 25 min / 100C / speed 1 on .

Tip
This recipe makes for a really thick batch. Add more water to have a more runny lugaw.
